ELMHA Mission Statement
ELMHA Mission Statement:
The East Lambton Minor Hockey Association is dedicated to organizing and implementing programing which allows youth in our community to discover, learn, and experience hockey in safe, positive, and encouraging environment.
We strive to continually enhance our programs by providing leadership and initiatives to develop our players, coaches, officials and volunteers.
We promote individual and team skill development through training and competition based on the principles of teamwork, good sportsmanship, fair play and respect.
It is important for the hockey experience to be fun, satisfying and rewarding for all participants.
Providing these experiences can contribute to lifelong benefits for all our members and their families such as friendships, life skills, active living, citizenship, community participation and community pride.
