REGISTRATION for 2025/26 SEASON
Please read the following information carefully to the end of the page.
Registration Is Open and Closes May 2nd
Register prior to April 21st for ELMHA players to be prioritized for a spot on a team
It will appear different online for this season. There is currently the option for "tryout" registration for U9-U18. This is for all players wishing to do the Rep/AE tryouts. There is a $100.00 fee for this. All returning ELMHA players that complete their full registration with ELMHA will have this $100 off their registration amounts. All previous out of boundary registrants will be required to pay this $100.00 tryout fee. These full registrations will be completed beginning of May.
The U7 division and Local League Registrations Are Also Now Open. This is for any players not wishing to participate in tryouts. These players also need to have their registrations completed by April 21st.
Please only register for "Rep/Ae Tryouts" or "U7/Local League". You do not register for both.

Fundraising Fee
The mandatory $250.00/family fundraising fee is now built into the registration costs. There is a automatic discount applied for families with multiple players registering to reimburse this off their registration.
In the past we have sold elimination draw tickets. Details TBA. Selling these items allows you to earn this $250 back
VOLUNTEER CHEQUES (collected during the season)
A Volunteer cheque (Amount for the 2025-2026 Season TBA) will be requested prior to receiving your fundraising items.
Throughout the season, we count on volunteers to be able to successfully host events such as Mighty Mite Day, Watford and Alvinston Silver Stick Tournaments.
3 volunteer credits need to be earned through working shifts at ELMHA events, including one mandatory Silver Stick shift per family – every family - at either Watford or Alvinston to prevent your cheque from being cashed. This cheque will not be cashed upon completion of earning the 3 credits. Details about volunteer credits will be presented throughout the season.

The initial payment includes:
15% of the total registration cost. (includes the OHF membership fee)
1st installment May 15th
2nd installment June 15th
3rd installment July 15th
4th installment Aug 15th
AFTER April 21st you will be charged $100 LATE FEE PER PLAYER.
This will apply to players who did not register for a tryout skate or U7/Local League registration(for returning ELMHA and previous out of boundary players only)
Registration is Available on your Spordle account. You should be able to search for your child by date of birth and name or Hockey ID number. If your child took a year or more off from hockey, you will have to create a new login.

A $2 charge is applied by Hockey Canada at time of registration
Refund Policy as per the Rules of Organization
Refunds of registration fees will be arranged on a pro-rated basis* up to and including December 31st under one or more of the following conditions:
a. Presentation of a medical certificate
b. Player signing with OHL, OHA or AAA club
c. Player moving beyond the eligibility boundaries of the ELMHA
d. in the event there is no appropriate team for the player to play for
e. Other requests for refunds in special circumstances will be at the discretion of the Executive.
*Refunds will be granted according to the date the written application is received by the Registrar or Secretary and the following tables will apply:
Up to September 30 – 90%
During the month of October – 75%
During the month of November – 50%
During the month of December – Ø
No late charges will be refunded.
Continued from the 2022-23 season – there will be no gate fees at any sanctioned OMHA games or events.
Please note– it is important to ELMHA that all of our members feel welcomed and supported. If you are having trouble collecting the funds for registration, please consider the Canadian Tire Jumpstart Program or please notify our ELMHA president Tim Lehrbass.
*With so many changes coming in such a short period of time from OHF/OMHA, things may change prior to the start of the season. The ELMHA board has done our best to get as much information updated and changes initiated, but in such a short amount of time, things could be missed.
