Changes/Important Updates for 2025-2026
Few Important Changes for the 2025-2026 Season

Volunteer Cheques

Volunteer cheques have been changed for this season. As of this season, 3 Volunteer cheques (3 chqs x $200 each) will be requested prior to receiving your fundraising items. 3 volunteer credits need to be earned through working shifts at ELMHA events, including one mandatory Silver Stick shift per family - at either Watford or Alvinston to prevent your cheques from being cashed. Each cheque covers one volunteer credit. Details about volunteer credits will be presented throughout the season.

Socks

Socks will no longer be provided to any East Lambton Player free of charge. All players will be required to purchase ELMHA socks. These socks will be available to purchase at Team Outfitters. Team Outfitters is still in the process of ordering and getting it online. At this time, only some sizes are available to purchase. They are waiting for the rest of the socks to come in (could be mid-October). Please watch Team Outfitters social media and ELMHA website for updates. All updates will be posted, please don't call the store.

Picture Day

Picture Day will be held Oct 21/22 at the Alvinston Arena Auditorium. Schedule to follow. Team Outfitter's will be onsite with apparel and socks to purchase.

Armstrong Foundation Update

In previous years, the Armstrong Foundation has provided funding to each team to help cover the cost of tournaments. After their yearly review, it was decided that the Armstrong Foundation will not be providing any funding for tournaments for this season.
