COVID Vaccination Policy-PLEASE READ!
Hello Hockey Families.  We understand that there are many uncertainties regarding the 2021-22 hockey season for some families...

OMHA has announced that any player aged 12 or over must be double vaccinated by October 31, 2021 in order to participate in Minor Hockey.  This includes East Lambton Minor Hockey.

Therefore, ELMHA will require that any PLAYER, COACH, OFFICIAL, VOLUNTEER or STAFF, 12 years of age or older, submit proof of first or full vaccination or approved exemption letter by Sunday, September 19th.  This is in keeping with the timeline established by the health unit to complete a full vaccination protocol before October 31st.

Full or partial proof or exemption letter can be emailed to [email protected]

Any eligible ELMHA participant unable to show proof of first or full vaccination or exemption letter by September 19th will be deemed ineligible to participate after oct 31.

While we cannot help you make up your mind, and we cannot change OMHA's ruling, we did want to provide you with as much information as possible so that you can continue to make an informed decision regarding your child's participation in East Lambton.

With this in mind, here is our refund policy for the 2021-22 hockey season.  Please email Brian and Travis with this request.  [email protected]      [email protected]
