ELMHA Update
Submitted By Steve Minten on Tue 02 23, 21
Everyone,
Great news for ELMHA.  We have the go ahead to keep playing hockey!  With some adjustments until we get back to orange or below.

Until further notice.
1.  Ice times will be 10 players + 2 coaches.
2.  1 spectator per player.
3.  Masks still apply anywhere in the arena except on the ice.
4.  Screening questions and sign in will still be happening.

Coaches/Managers will let parents know when their players next ice time will be.  We are trying to get to a minimum of 1 ice time per week per player.  Potentially more if ice time allows.

Elimination Draw/Dance ticket costs will be refunded to each family as we cannot run a Dance this season.  Gate Pass costs will also be refunded to each family as no games were allowed to happen.

We have 2 options for families to consider going forward.

1.  You can keep playing till the end of the season, and receive a prorated refund @ the end of the season.
2.  You can stop playing now and your refund will be $125.00 per player.

These will be the only 2 options, and once selected there is no changing back.

We are asking that you email/text/call your players team manager/coach and let them know your choice so they can plan ice time accordingly.
Please respond to your coach/manager by Wednesday @ noon.
We also ask that if you choose option 2 to stop for the season to please email your players name and team to [email protected] so that refunds can be issued.
We feel as a board that communication will be very important throughout the next couple weeks as we adapt to these changes.  We appreciate everyone's cooperation with these changes as we know the turnaround time is quick.

We also want to thank the Watford arena staff, Warwick council and all involved with the municipality for keeping the arena open, working with user groups, and allowing us these opportunities to keep our kids active.  This is what small town communities are all about!!

Hope to see everyone out on the ice, stay safe.

ELMHA Board.
