Notice: AGM Meeting - August 27, 2020
Dear members,
Please join us for our Annual General Meeting on Thursday, August 27th, 2020, by reserving a spot using the link below:

We will congregate outdoors at the Watford Ballpark (adjacent to the arena) to allow for social distancing.We are permitted to hold the meeting with a maximum of 100 people in this space. The gate will open at 6:45pm and the meeting will commence at 7:00pm sharp. We WILL NOT be cashing AGM cheques this year. All cheques will be destroyed instead of being handed back, to keep contact to a minimum. A rain date is set for, Friday, August 28th, 2020, at 7:00pm. 

We ask that you register by Friday, August 21st, 2020 and that only one individual from each family attend.  Please bring your own lawn chair. You may also wish to bring an umbrella for protection from sun and/or rain.
