Key Updates: Registration, AGM, Elimination Draw
Attention All ELMHA Members,

Please review each of the following key updates:

Annual General Meeting
ELHMA has decided to postpone our AGM until mid-August.  We are hopeful that by then we can have it in person as normal. If this is not the case, then we will revisit our options at this time.

Elimination Draw Dance
ELMHA has also decided to postpone the annual East Lambton Elimination Draw Dance that is normally held on Cornfest weekend. We plan to explore later dates, as the new season unfolds.

Remaining Registration Payments
Our board has been directed by OMHA to stop taking in any more registration funds, effective immediately.  This means all installments to be paid in July and August will be cancelled.  Once we get the green light to resume operations, we will be in touch with how the balance of registration will be handled.  All money that has been received so far will be held in trust and still used towards registration for the coming season.
Any questions let me know,

In the future, wish to add more community projects to that list. We are committed to our community and the youth within.
