AGM - Update & Call for Discussion Points
Hello ELMHA members,
Please be aware that when OMHA recently suspended all hockey
activities until further notice, this includes our AGM and year-end banquet.
The ELMHA board recognizes that each year our AGM is an
important opportunity to hear directly from our members. ELMHA continually
strives to enhance our programs and ensure that the hockey experience is fun,
satisfying and rewarding for all participants.
We plan to organize our AGM agenda in a similar manner to last year. Any member that has ideas, thoughts, and/or concerns to contribute to our AGM discussions can submit them to ELMHA president, Adam MacKellar, by email at [email protected]. Adam will compile the emails and determine the top 5 common-theme topics. We will spend up to 10 minutes discussing each topic at our AGM. This information will be received by Adam until April 10, 2020. ELMHA has decided to call for this information now so that members can reflect on their ideas and experiences while memories of the recent season are relatively fresh. This will also allow us to ensure our AGM agenda is set and ready for whenever OMHA/Hockey Canada determines it is appropriate for us to resume hockey operations.
