Cornfest Dance Volunteer Shifts - Now Available
The Cornfest Dance is fast approaching on Saturday, August 10, 2019. Please see the information below regarding volunteer credit opportunities, picking up your  dance tickets, and elimination draw ticket stub collection.

Cornfest Volunteer Shifts Now Available Online!


Cornfest is the first opportunity of the year for members to begin earning their volunteer credits. Volunteer Shifts are now available online and can be viewed by clicking the link below:

Please read the shift descriptions carefully before you sign up. Each family can only sign up for one shift for the first 72 hours.  Starting Tuesday, July 31 at noon, families can sign up for a second volunteer shift, if any are still available. Cornfest Ticket Pick-up and Elimination Draw Ticket Stub Collection Details

Please be reminded that all members have been given four tickets to sell as a fundraiser in support our members potentially recovering some of their registration costs for this upcoming season.


If you have not yet picked up your tickets, they continue to be available for you to pick up at the Watford Ball Diamond concession stand.
Please note that the concession stand hours are as follows:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday - 11am- 1:30pm
Tuesday & Thursday Nights - 7pm - 12am 

Once the ticket stubs have been completed, they can be submitted at Three Maples (Alvinston) or the Shell Gas Station (Watford). These ticket stubs must be submitted by the closing time at each location on Friday, August 9 to be included in the Elimination Draw.

We help the youth of our community in many ways as possible (team sports, youth dances, literacy programs, HOBY, VIP programs and more).
