Young and Adult On-Ice Officials Needed
East Lambton has recently had a shortage of on ice officials and we would like to reach out to anyone who thinks they may be interested to giving it a try.
The 2019 OMHA Referee School, takes place on Friday, September 20th through Sunday. September 22nd at the Holiday Inn & Suites Ambassador Bridge on Huron Church Road in Windsor.The school will be for those candidates born in 2002, 2003 and 2004. There will be no exceptions to this.
East Lambton will be allotted 2 seats at the school. If we have more interested then we will be put on a waiting list and if other associations don’t send 2 then we may get to send another 1 or 2. I will need the candidates’ names and information to me by early June. We would need the candidates name, full mailing address (including postal code), phone number, email address and date of birth.
The cost for the referee school is approximately $335, however East Lambton will cover this cost. We are also in need of any adult officials who are willing to give it a try. This is a separate clinic to the referee school. If you have any questions regarding the school please feel free to contact me and I will try to get an answer for you.
