ELMHA VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS OVERVIEW
ELMHA VOLUNTEER REQUIREMENTS

Every ELMHA family is responsible to earn 3 volunteer credits or their $300 fundraising cheque will be cashed. Each family MUST earn at least one of these credits at SilverStick in Watford or Alvinston. Families may obtain additional credits by completing the following tasks:




- Acting as a coach/assistant coach/ team manager/ trainer for the 2016-2017 season. (2 credits)
- Acting as an ELMHA executive member and attending 80% of the meetings and completing the designated job function (2 credits)
- Working a shift in Watford or Alvinston SilverStick food booth (1 credit)
- Working a shift in the penalty box at the Watford or Alvinston SilverStick(1 credit)
- Working a shift at the gate at Alvinston SilverStick (1 credit)
- Working a shift at the Elimination Dance (1 credit)
- Assisting with Mighty Mite Day (1 credit)

*In appreciation for all that you do, COACHING STAFF & ELMHA EXECUTIVE do not need to work a SilverStick Shift this year*

Please note: Coaching Staff must be rostered AND participate in the majority of practices and games.

Alvinston Optimist Club
Optimist Club of Alvinston Districts started in 1978. We are a group of 65 strong. We help the youth of our community in many ways as possible (team sports, youth dances, literacy programs, HOBY, VIP programs and more).
