BASELINE TESTING SIGNUP

Baseline testing is mandatory for all peewee and above players. The testing must be done before your child can participate in any on ice activities with East Lambton.

Dates have been set for baseline testing. Currently we have August 19th and 20th booked for the testing. Please click link below to sign up.
