Dynamic Hockey Training is running a skill development camp in Watford
August 15-19, 2016. The camp is designed to enhance player skills and help
them develop into great hockey players!
Skill Development
• Power Skating
• Proper use of Edges
• Stick Handling
• Shooting
• Shooting in Stride
• Passing
• Puck Protection
Dynamic Fundamentals Training (6-11 years of age)
• 2 On-ice sessions (each day)
• 2 Off-ice sessions (each day)
• Off-ice session will consist of entry-level workouts, fun and games!
• Video analysis of Wrist Shot, Snap Shot, Slap Shot and Backhand
• Fitness Testing
• Detailed Report Card at Closing Address
Dynamic Next Level Training (12-16 years of age)
• 2 On-ice sessions (each day)
• 2 Off-ice sessions (each day)
• Fitness Testing
• Video Analysis of Wrist Shot, Snap Shot, Slap Shot and Backhand
• Off-ice sessions consist of a specialized workout plan designed
specifically for Hockey Players and run by Certified Personal Trainer
• Detailed Report Card at Closing Address
Early Sign up Camp Fee (Early Sign up ends July 10, 2015)
• 1 player - $375.00
• 2 Family players - $350.00/per player
• 3 Family players - $325.00/per player
Both Dynamic Fundamentals Training and Dynamic Next Level Training only
have 18 spots available and DHT has a 6-1 student to instructor ratio to
ensure each student works hard to reach their full potential.
All of Dynamic Hockey Training instructors have Junior or Professional
experience.
