NEW AND EXCITING CHANGES

ELMHA has some new and exciting changes coming to their website. Our provider has been Goal Line but we are making a change and going with MBsports.

There are several different reasons why we are making the switch. Most other associations within our leagues and the leagues themselves are with the new provider. This is allowing us all to be linked together.

Our current site www.eastlambtonminorhockey.com will be functional till the end of this season. The new site has already started and can be found at www.eastlambtonminorhockey.ca.

Along with the new website ELMHA is happy to announce a new registration process. ELMHA will be doing online registration this season. The online registration is not complete yet but will be ready for April registration.

Please keep an eye on the new site and watch for information regarding registration. Information regarding registration will be coming shortly.

HOCKEY BANQUET

ELMHA will once again be hosting a year end awards banquet. The banquet is scheduled for Saturday April 26th at the Brooke-Alvinston Community Centre. It will be the same as the past few years. Awards will begin at 6pm, followed by a dance and a bar. A light meal will be put out sometime during the dance.

Jackie Rombouts has once again offered to put together a slide show of all the teams to be watched following the awards and before the dance. If you have not yet done so, please send your team pictures to your parent rep to forward to Jackie.

AGM - *New* Draw planned for end of meeting

The AGM is scheduled, for Wednesday May 7th, 7pm, at the Watford Arena Upstairs.

Following this year’s AGM meeting there will be a draw. All who attend this year’s meeting will be placed in the draw. The draw will be for one free registration or discount off registration (valued at $330.)

COACHES EVALUATIONS

Coach evaluations have been sent to all coaches/managers, to be sent to their teams. Please fill out and hand back in, in a sealed envelope. The evaluations are for both positive comments and improvements needed.

Applications are due by the AGM.
Sponsors
SSCF-Sting Assists
ELMHA thanks the SSCF - Sting Assists Organization for the generous donation of $10,000 for the 2023-24 season.
Alvinston Optimist Club
Optimist Club of Alvinston Districts started in 1978. We are a group of 65 strong. We help the youth of our community in many ways as possible (team sports, youth dances, literacy programs, HOBY, VIP programs and more). We have donated time and money towards such community improvement such as the library, playground equipment, baseball diamonds and a sports park. In the future, wish to add more community projects to that list. We are committed to our community and the youth within. When you come to check us out you will get a free meal and a fun evening out, with a lot of laughter! Contact an Optimist member or call Marjorie Cumming at 519-898-2946, if you wish to come.
