Welcome East Lambton Eagles U15s to the 2022-23 Hockey season
Welcome Back Eagles,
I hope everyone had a great summer and are ready to get back to hockey season! I just want to forward some information regarding the startup for this season.
Checking Clinic:
East Lambton is offering a checking clinic this Sunday, September 11th.
2009 players will be on from 2:00pm - 3:20pm
2008 players will be on from 3:30pm - 4:50pm
These clinics will take place in Watford.
Skill Session: All registered U15 players are encouraged to participate in three skill session skates. These skates will just be a way for the kids to get back on the ice and move the puck with some passing, shooting and basic skating drills. Once these three sessions are complete we will roll right into tryouts. This year our first cut will be made after the first official tryout. This means your player is guaranteed three skill sessions followed by the first tryout skate. To start off all these skates will be held in Watford.
Thursday, September 15th: 6:40pm -7:40pm
Saturday, September 17th: 11:00am - 11:50am
Sunday, September 18th: 5:00pm - 5:50pm
Tryout schedule:
Tuesday, September 20th: 10:00pm - 10:50pm
Wednesday, September 21st: 8:30pm - 9:20pm
Thursday, September 22nd: 8:30pm - 9:20pm
Tryout Exhibition games:
Friday September 23rd: 7:00pm in Forest
Sunday September 25th: 4:00pm in Watford
The final roster will be selected after the game on Sunday, September 25th. As you can see the next few weeks are going to be extremely busy, as always please keep an eye on the website for any changes. I look forward to seeing all the players back at the rink.
