Seaforth Tournament
Hi everyone,   I have decided to cancel our Boston Pizza meal together because the tournament will be feeding the kids at 11:00 am after our game.

There are also a few activities for the boys to do while there. So I figured they could do these activities and eat before we head to the bowling alley. Perhaps we could order pizza at the hotel before out game Saturday night.
Let me know what you think.
Here is some info I have from them.
FOOD
A meal ticket will be issued to every player and bench staff member for a lunch meal either on the Friday or Saturday. To ensure we have the food available for your team we ask that you generally follow this team lunch schedule: Friday Saturday 11am Arran-Elderslie, Ilderton 11am BCH, East Lambton, Lambton Shores, South Huron, St. Marys, Woolwich 12:15pm Mooretown, New Hamburg 11:30am Dunnville 1:20pm Dorchester, Drayton 12:15pm Petrolia, Seaforth 1pm Ayr
Lunch will be served from 11am to 2:30pm each day and will be pizza or chili and a bun with a salad and either milk or juice. This same lunch menu will also be available for parents, families and fans to purchase. In addition, the local Knights of Columbus will be selling sandwiches (ham or beef on a bun) and hot dogs until around 5-6 pm, depending on interest. The Knights of Columbus will also making a breakfast available for purchase on all three days of the tournament from 8am to noon. On Friday, the breakfast will be an English muffin with egg, cheese and peameal bacon, or a toasted western for $3.00 (coffee is by donation). Saturday and Sunday will feature a full breakfast of eggs, peameal bacon or sausage, hash browns, orange juice, coffee and toast for $6.00. There are also a few restaurants in Seaforth, if people prefer other choices, and a poster will be prepared and posted in the main foyer listing these options.
ACTIVITIES
We are going to have a PS3, Wii and perhaps an Xbox set up in the hall, along with some cards and board games designed to keep 11 and 12 years old busy. A designated mini-stick area will also be available in the hall. On Saturday from 10am to 2pm, the OMHA Event Crew will be at the arena running several events including an OMHA mini-rink and OMHA Topshot “Matt Duchene shoot out challenge”. The Chuck the Puck mascot will also be making an appearance (feel free to get your picture taken with him).
OTHER INFORMATION Hopefully it’s not needed but there is a hospital in Seaforth and a doctor at the arena during the entire tournament. The main goal of the tournament is to play hockey and for the kids to have some fun (please remember this at all times). Thanks and we look forward to seeing you at the 2015 Doug Perkes Memorial Tournamen
