East Lambton Minor Hockey

Reminder: AGM will be held June 18th, 7pm @ the Alvinston Arena Pavillion.  At this time of year, we are always looking for new volunteers to join the board. Many of our current board members have children U13 and up and we are looking to add some members with children in the lower age groups so we can provide a well rounded board and have input from all age groups. (Also so the current board doesn't all age out and step down at the same time) If interested in joining the board please reach out to Tim Lehrbass prior to the AGM. 

ELMHA will be again able to send a select few kids to the fall OMHA referee clinic. This is for kids from our organization to attend and get started in officiating.  

We are currently accepting coaching applications for B2 teams. The deadline for applications will be May 25th/2025 @ midnight. Those selected for an interview (if needed) will be contacted.  https://eastlambtonminorhockey.ca/Forms/1263/

After a lengthy discussion, a collective decision has been made to NOT host U18 tryouts in the Spring. It was decided that moving the U18 B tryouts to the fall would be in the best interest of the players and coaches.  U18 AAA, AA and Junior Tryouts will not be completed before we were scheduled to have spring tryouts. This would make it very difficult for coaches to ensure that they are selecting the best team possible without having players move after the team is selected.
